Purchases: Tickets for the Round Barn Theatre can be purchased over the phone by calling 1-800-800-4942 extension 2, or on the Internet with a credit card; or in person with cash, check, or credit card. All programs and artists are subject to change.
Refunds: Amish Acres does not issue refunds except in the event that a show is canceled.
Exchanges: Amish Acres issues exchanges only for Season Ticket Holders.
Will Call Tickets: Tickets purchased less than a week before a production will be held at Will Call, located in the Round Barn Lobby, and you can pick them up when you arrive to see the performance..
Mailing of Tickets: Tickets will be mailed when the production is more than a week away with a $2 Service Fee.
Handicap Accessible: The Round Barn Theatre is accessible for the physically challenged. Please indicate such requests at the time of purchase.
Seating Location: Amish Acres® reserves the right to adjust any seat location without prior knowledge.
Hearing Devices: Listening devices may be reserved when ordering tickets and may be picked up at Will Call, located in the Round Barn Lobby. Subject to availability.
House Description: The Round Barn Theatre Orchestra section is styled in Continental seating with rows from A to G. The Mezzanine is on the Main Level and is divided into three sections. The Balcony is styled in the same way as the Mezzanine. All rows are graded using steps. A staircase will lead Patrons to the Balcony.
Electronic Gadgets: No video cameras, cameras, pagers, laser pens, cellular telephones, or similar devices will be allowed into the theatre. Please check in such equipment at Will Call, located in the Round Barn Lobby.
Emergency Services: If an emergency arises, contact Will Call, located in the Round Barn Lobby, at 1-800-800-4942 extension 223 and ask for the Box Office Supervisor.
Children: Children under the age of two years old will not be allowed into the theatre. All children must have their own seat.
Parking: Parking is provided free of cost.
Box Office Hours: The Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 to 5 and two hours before curtain, April through December. January through March, the Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 to 5.
