The 2007 Musical Theatre Season in The Round Barn Theatre at Amish Acres is in full swing. Tony Award winning Thoroughly Modern Millie and The Will Rogers Follies join Irving Berlin's White Christmas plus a staged reading of Floyd Collins and fall production of Disney's High School Musical, all remain in reportory with the 21st anniversary of Plain and Fancy. 2008 Season Subscriptions are now on sale! A Round Barn filled with musical theatre classics is being snapped up. It includes The Fantasticks, The Music Man, Kiss Me Kate, Carousel, and at the holidays, A Wonderful Life.

Second stage productions of Pulitzer Prize winning dramas include Neil Simon's Lost in Yonkers and Thorton Wilder's Our Town, the first drama ever presented on the Joseph Stein Main Stage. The staged reading of Carmelina is the eighth of Joseph Stein's works presented in The Round Barn Theatre at Amish Acres. Some History

The Round Barn's History
The 400 seat Round Barn theatre is created from a 1911 round barn, dismantled, reconstructed, and converted into a state-of-the-art regional theatre.

The Joseph Stein Stage
Named for the author of Plain and Fancy, Fiddler on the Roof, Zorba, The Baker's Wife, and numerous other Broadway shows.

Plain and Fancy
The first musical to open on Broadway in 1955. Amish Acres is now the National Home for this beautiful love story.
