Nappanee Apple Festival Road Runs
Held around the pond at Amish Acres, Saturday, September 15th
The Nappanee Apple Festival in conjunction with Amish Acres will host
the Nappanee Apple Festival Road Run 5K and the first annual Half Marathon
on September 15, 2012. Registration for both runs begins at 6:00 a.m.
and race time is at 7:30 a.m.
The Race starts and ends at historic Amish Acres. There are showers available as well as a free shuttle to downtown Nappanee for folks to enjoy the Apple Festival parade and celebration. Registration packets will include valuable coupons and discounts to Amish Acres as well as the Apple Festival.
The race course is mostly flat, with a finish lap around the pond
at Amish Acres. Water will be available along the course. Restrooms
are located near the registration area. The race cost for Half-Marathon
is $35 for entries received by August 31, 2012. The
cost is $45 for all entries made after August 31, including those made
on race day. The cost for the 5K is $15 for early registration
and $20 for late registration. For additional information e-mail Mark

Lodging
Lodging is available at The Inn at Amish Acres. For the Apple Festival
Road Run Rate, call (800) 800-4942. Goodie Bags of special discounts,
packages and offers will be given to each runner.
