Columbus Day Teacher's Appreciation Day
For those teachers who have Columbus Day, Monday, October 13th off to Explore, Amish Acres has planned a special day for you. Show your school ID card and receive admission to the historic farm for half price plus a free Carmel Apple from the Fudgery & Soda Shop!
Because Amish Acres hosts hundreds of school related groups each season for Theatre for Young Audiences, Fall Harvest Days, Breakfast with Santa, Meet the Characters Brunches, old fashioned demonstrations, and tours, we want to say thank you to the teachers who make these trips happen and give them to enjoy the farm at their own pace and consider additional options for future field trips.
A presentation of Amish Acres curriculum based event options will be presented in the Locke Township Meeting House at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
